Pig Production Cohort for NYS Veterans

Centurion Farm PigThis cohort provides NYS veterans an opportunity to explore the diverse business prospects of pig production. This cohort will run from September 2025 – August 2026.

From January – August 2026, you will be invited to attend various in person and virtual events, focused on specific aspects of pig production, such as farrowing, livestock infrastructure, including sheltering and fencing, pork marketing, and production enterprise budgets. These events will also provide opportunities for you to interact and collaborate with other veterans.

Whether you’re just getting started or looking to adjust or expand your current pig operation, this cohort will provide technical guidance, peer support, and access to experienced mentors in a veteran-friendly environment.
