Join Cornell Cooperative Extension Ag Educators and the Merle Maple team as they educate and demonstrate making quality maple sugar candy confections on the Sunrise sugar/cream machine. The process can be scaled down to make at home! This workshop is a hands-on maple confections workshop for beginners to advanced.
