Veteran Virtual Seminar: Aromatherapy for Emotional Health

Lavendar Essential Oil

Aromatherapy, also known as essential oil therapy, is defined as a holistic healing treatment that uses essential oils to improve the health of the body, mind and spirit. Essential oils are natural oils using plant extracts. They are made by steaming or pressing different parts of a plant, which then captures the compound which produces the fragrance.

In this workshop we will learn about the impact essential oils can have on our minds and bodies.  We will talk about emotions and how we can use essential oils to support our emotional health. Join Farm Ops and licensed massage therapist, Bec Haley-Groves on March 23, 2023 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. for this virtual seminar. Zoom information will be provided the day prior to the event.
