The Climate Source

The Climate Source was founded by Jessie Deelo and Benjamin Filippo to design market-based solutions for agricultural systems change. Our team tackles the most critical issues for advancing our food and farming systems towards climate resilience and environmental justice. We apply systems design principles, collective impact facilitation skills, strategic planning, and our deep understanding of supply chains, agricultural policy, market dynamics, and the ecosystem of farmers, buyers, and service providers to develop practical and scalable solutions. Our work with food companies, brands, suppliers, and farmers ranges from global consumer packaged goods companies and large-scale commodities to regional challenge brands and specialty crop supply chains.
