USDA – Farm Service Agency, Philadelphia

The Farm Service Agency (FSA) is one of the agencies under the umbrella of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). We provide funding and loans approved by Congress to America’s farmers and landowners in the areas of conservation, disaster assistance, price supports commodity, livestock and farm loans. We are one of two agencies established at the new USDA Urban Service Center in Philadelphia to serve urban farmers and gardeners across the city.
