Join Our Team: Now Hiring Bilingual Program Coordinator

The Cornell Small Farms Program is hiring! We are excited to share the application for our newest team member, Bilingual Program Coordinator. Through the efforts of the Labor Ready Project and the successful Master Class Program, our farmer audience has grown to include many Spanish-first farmers. We aim to welcome new farmers and expand our Spanish language educational programs and resources through this important position.

The Bilingual Program Coordinator will play a lead role in the upcoming Futuro Financiero Course designed specifically for Latina/Latino farmers looking to grow their farm financial management skill sets. In addition, the Program Coordinator will help shape and envision future programs supporting Spanish-speaking farmers in meaningful and relevant ways to increase farm ownership throughout NYS and beyond.

We are currently welcoming applications and we look forward to meeting you!
