Farm Ops and Clear Path Collaborate on Self-Care for Veterans

In a recent collaboration between Farm Ops and Clear Path for Veterans, a hands-on self-care workshop provided veterans with an opportunity to create personalized wellness products while learning about holistic self-care.

Led by licensed massage therapist Bec Haley, the workshop invited participants to Clear Path for Veterans in Chittenango, N.Y., to craft their own collection of self-care products. Attendees created essential oil roll-ons for relaxation, after-sun sprays, hand soap, bath salts, and body butter. This hands-on experience aimed to provide veterans with affordable and effective alternatives to store-bought products while encouraging them to incorporate self-care into their routines.

The event underscored the importance of personal wellness, emphasizing that self-care does not have to be costly or complicated. By offering practical skills and fostering a sense of community, Farm Ops and Clear Path for Veterans continue to support veterans in their journey toward resilience, self-sufficiency, and overall well-being.
