Discover the history, learn where we are, and explore the future of human interaction with this interesting mushroom.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.penguinrandomhouse.com\/books\/196974\/mycelium-running-by-paul-stamets\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mycelium Running<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Paul Stamets, Penguin Random House, 2005<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><i>Mycelium Running<\/i> is a manual for the mycological rescue of the planet. There are chapters detailing all four exciting branches of what Stamets has coined \u00abmycorestoration,\u00bb as well as chapters on the medicinal and nutritional properties of mushrooms, inoculation methods, log and stump culture, and species selection for various environmental purposes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"videos\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Videos<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/c\/fungially\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fungi Ally<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fungi Ally is a commercial mushroom farm and spawn provider. Their mission is to create a world of balance and connection by revealing the power of mushrooms. The Fungi Ally YouTube channel explores different ways of allying with fungi through cultivation, cooking, foraging, and as medicine<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/user\/ApexGrower\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Apex Grower<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apex Grower is an urban shaman, mycologist, certified permaculture designer, and amateur phycologist. The Apex Grower YouTube channel chronicles his quest for knowledge, sustainable living, travel, and physical and spiritual well-being.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/channel\/UCGu03R6eUfBTWZnHC1azCQQ\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Myers Mushrooms<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Meyers Mushroom channel has videos on all the techniques and equipment used for mushroom farming for profit. Myers Mushrooms got his start growing gourmet oyster mushrooms in my garage at home. He has since built a 2400 sq\/ft mushroom warehouse with a dedicated autoclave and spawn lab. Meyers Mushrooms is also Unicon Bags largest reseller of grow bags.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/channel\/UCTXP5BRecHpwa7_sFbbyMng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Southwest Mushrooms<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Southwest Mushrooms focuses on cultivating fresh gourmet mushrooms at their urban grow farm. They grow mushrooms that are full of amazing flavor and beneficial nutrients. Their passion is to offer every customer the freshest product in the market. Owner \u00abMushroom Mike\u00bb enjoys sharing the science of mycology while serving top chefs, everyday cooks, and those who enjoy a healthy lifestyle with premium mushrooms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/channel\/UCkzY4M9kg2VmqJ2nNcNM8hw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FreshCap Mushrooms<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">FreshCap is a mushroom company that believes in the healing and holistic benefits of mushrooms. Their YouTube channel shares inspiring information, advice and step-by-step guidance to empower thousands all over the world &#8211; not to better their brand, but to improve people&#8217;s lives.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/channel\/UC-jOgJRKA9vHnSVR8Oe_wbA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">GroCycle<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Learn all about growing mushrooms and small scale farming with GroCycle. The GroCycle channel is all about mushroom cultivation, growing microgreens and other small scale farming techniques. They have been growing mushrooms since 2009, and during that time have focused on finding the easiest low-tech ways to cultivate mushrooms.
