Veteran In Person Workshop: Botanical Printing

Two people stand next to one another wearing botanically printed scarves.

In this incredibly dynamic and fun workshop you will be able to create your own one-of-a-kind silk scarf using a natural dyeing method called Botanical Printing! First, you will harvest flowers and plants grown by Sarah herself, then use them to print your own design onto textiles. This farm to fiber experience is magical and always deliciously beautiful! Lunch will be provided. Please bring your own water bottle.

Sarah Gotowka, owner of Luna Fiber Studio, is a practicing textile artist and instructor. She has been weaving since 2005, and has been growing natural dyes since 2010. Sarah has been in partnership with Nathaniel and Emily Thompson of Remembrance Farm for over 6 years and has a small dye plot within this local organic and biodynamic farm.
